Keith Seymour of Pierhead is an experienced business consultant operating mainly in South Wales and the West of England.His early career was in retailing, spending 10 years in Department Store Management including Howells of Cardiff.
Moving on to an interesting career in direct sales starting with Xerox, he has acquired a wide experience of Business Management. He has been a director of several Companies, ranging from start-up to £34m turnover. He managed national sales organisations with offices all over the UK. He spent 2 years as an Acquisition Director for an Irish Technology Group,and became National Sales Director of the acquired Company, MicroPeripherals.
He co-founded Norton Seymour Associates of Cardiff in 1990, a management, recruitment and training consultancy which won contracts with major UK organisations.eg Canon and The Post Office.He has also written and delivered a number of Sales, Management and Leadership Training Programmes.
Consultancy projects led to a return to the Digital Print Distribution Industry in 1996.Throughout this period he worked with most of the major office technology manufacturers, Xerox, Toshiba Ricoh, Oce and Kyocera, setting up and reshaping distribution companies, marketing channels and sales teams. During this career he has travelled extensively, conducting meetings and presentations in USA, France, Holland, Germany,Spain and Turkey.
What Now?.....
Since forming Pierhead in 2007 Keith has helped a variety of clients in the software,web marketing,business networking and tv video markets,advising them primarily on business planning and the improvement of sales operations and results.
Pierhead works closely with a number of Associates to coordinate professional sales campaigns on behalf of clients so that they can concentrate on running their own businesses.
